01 / Sound familiar?
You've done the writing. The royalties haven't followed.
You're good at the part most people never finish.
The books are written. The readers who find them come back for the next one. The income just hasn't caught up to the work.
What that usually looks like
- ● A few ads that worked once, then stopped.
- ● A newsletter you started with good intentions.
- ● A catalog where each book sits on its own instead of feeding the next.
- ● Money spent on ads you can't really account for.
You don't need more information. You've bought the courses. What you need is the order to build in.
And if you've spent money on ads and watched it disappear, you're in good company. Plenty of members arrived exactly that way. It's a starting point, not a disqualification.
02 / The system
The Royalty Engine.
Four moving parts that feed each other.
Put them in the right order and each one makes the next one cheaper.
Why tactics on their own don't work
Run ads. Start a newsletter. Fix your blurb. All useful. All wasted in the wrong sequence.
Advertising a book that doesn't convert only buys you a faster failure.
The order
Connect › Choose › Feed › Compound
- ● Each stage has one job.
- ● Each stage is measurable on its own.
- ● So you always know which part is working, and which is costing you money.
Why it keeps working
The platforms will keep changing. Amazon will tweak the algorithm, Facebook will change what it rewards, and some of what works today will stop working.
The order doesn't change. When a platform moves, you're adjusting one stage, not starting again.
And it's the same four parts whether you write fiction or non-fiction, and whether you've got two books out or forty.
Connect, so the right reader finds you.
Positioning and pages
Choose, so you run one platform properly.

03 / The path
Four phases. You'll always know where you are.
Nobody's holding a stopwatch.
The timings below are roughly what most people take. Some move quicker, some take longer, and both are fine.
What matters is that every phase ends with something you can see for yourself. When you can see it, you're ready to move onto the next phase.
Phase 01 · Weeks 1 to 4
Connect
Three things have to line up before you spend a penny on advertising.
- ● Your book. The cover, blurb, categories and keywords that decide whether someone browsing becomes someone buying.
- ● Your audience. Who actually reads this, what else they're reading, and where they're already looking for it.
- ● Your catalog. The wiring between your books, so finishing one leads into starting the next.
You're through when
Your book page converts at a rate you can name, you can describe your reader without guessing, and every book points at the next one.
Phase 02 · Weeks 4 to 6
Choose
You've got more than one book. They don't all deserve the same attention, and trying to push all of them is how budgets disappear.
- ● Your entry point. The one book that brings new readers in, whether that's book one of a series or the standalone with the widest appeal.
- ● Where it leads. What they read next, and after that, so a first sale is worth more to you than a first sale.
- ● What waits. The titles that aren't ready yet, and why leaving them alone for now is the right call.
You're through when
You can name the one book you're putting money behind, say why it's that one, and describe what a reader picks up next.
Phase 03 · Weeks 6 to 12
Feed
This is where money starts going out. On one book, on one platform, in amounts that make sense for where you actually are.
- ● Your budget. What's worth spending at your stage, which is usually less than you'd fear.
- ● Your first platform. Amazon, Facebook or BookBub, chosen on your catalog and your budget, not on whichever one people are talking about this month.
- ● Your first seven days. How to read early numbers without panicking on day two or scaling on day three.
- ● When to grow. The signals that say put more behind this one, and the different signals that say you're ready for a second platform.
You're through when
One platform is running, you can read a week of data without guessing, and you've scaled at least once on purpose rather than on a hunch.
Phase 04 · Month 3 onward
Compound
Once the engine is turning, everything you add lands on something that already works. This is where the catalog starts doing the heavy lifting.
- ● The next book. How to add a new title to a system that's already running, so it earns from launch rather than starting cold.
- ● Launches, promos and pricing. What to run and when, and how each one pulls the whole catalog along rather than shifting copies of one book.
- ● Your backlist. Refreshing older titles and building box sets, so books you finished years ago start earning again.
- ● Higher-revenue thinking. Where the ceiling actually sits once the engine is turning, and what it takes to raise it.
You know it's working when
A new release lifts the whole catalog rather than just its own sales, and last month held up by just running the system and without you starting anything new.
04 / The effort
One hour a day. No grind required.
A plane burns most of its fuel on takeoff. Cruising is easy. The first month is real work. After that, the system carries you.

05 / Inside
What it looks like when you log in.
Everything in one place, from the first login.
- ● Start Here. Your first 30 days, and the Start Here Map, so you know the route before you take it.
- ● The whole curriculum, open from day one. Every chapter and every lesson sits in the sidebar. Nothing is drip fed and nothing is locked.
- ● AuthorOS and your numbers, right on the dashboard. Your 24/7 mentor and the earnings calculator, both one click away rather than buried in a menu.
- ● Office hours and announcements. Call dates, replays and anything new, each on its own tab.
Lessons are short, most are 10 minutes or less, and built to be acted on the same day. Your progress tracks as you go, so picking it back up after a busy writing week takes no effort.
07 / The coaching
You bring the problem. We work on it together.
Twice a month, live, for two hours.
Bring a campaign that isn't working, a blurb you've rewritten six times, or a set of numbers you can't read. We'll look at it together, on screen.
- ● When. First and third Wednesday of the month, 2pm UK time. That's 6am Pacific, 8am Central, 9am Eastern.
- ● If you can't make it. Post your question beforehand and I'll answer it on the call.
- ● Afterwards. Every call is recorded and kept, so a call you miss is still a call you get.
Coached members only. Solo members can add it later without losing anything they've paid.
Twice a month, live
Two calls every month, 24 a year, with me and nobody standing in for me.
A chat, not a lecture
You bring the problem. We look at your actual numbers, together, on screen.
Submit in advance
Can't make the time? Post your question beforehand and I'll answer it on the call.
Replays same day
Every call recorded and kept in the library, so nothing is lost to a time zone.

09 / Fit
Worth being honest about.
It fits if
- You have books published and available to buy, fiction or non-fiction
- You're willing to spend $10+/day on advertising
- You'd rather run one thing well than five badly
It doesn't fit if
- Your first book isn't finished yet. Come back when you're ready to publish.
- You want results without spending anything on ads
- You need someone to run the campaigns for you.
10 / What comes with it

Fourteen days isn't long enough to see ad results and I'm not going to pretend it is. It's long enough to see exactly what you've bought and decide whether it's the right fit for the books you've got.
13 / Who is teaching this
I teach this because I'm still doing it.
I've been doing this with authors for years, not months.
I talk to authors every week and coach them one-on-one, on their actual accounts rather than in theory.
And there are campaigns of mine running right now, with my own money on the line. Nothing in the curriculum is something I've stopped doing.
What that's looked like
- ● An author from $500 a month to over $20,000 a month in royalties, inside 18 months.
- ● Authors going from a few hundred a month to past $1,000 a month, in a matter of weeks.
- ● My wife's author business, built past $750,000 in royalties.
- ● Authors now in talks with producers about their books becoming films and television series.
They did the work. My job was knowing what came next.
14 / Questions
The things people actually ask.
I write non-fiction. Is this only for novelists?
Does this work if my books are in Kindle Unlimited?
Do ads still work, or is that over?
How much do I need to spend on ads?
What if I can't make the calls?
Can I cancel?
One last thing
Your books are written. Go and get them read.
You've done the hard part, the part most people never finish. What's left is the part that can be taught, and it doesn't take a different personality, a bigger list or a louder social media presence. It takes an engine and a system to follow.
