Frequently Asked Questions

Over the past few years, I've answered 1000's of emails from authors around the world.

I absolutely love helping authors, but with the sheer volume of emails I receive, I just can't help everyone one-on-one with advice and feedback over email.

However, to be as helpful as I possibly can, below, I've put together my answers to the most common questions I'm asked.

My Ads aren't working! Can you help me fix them or provide feedback?

As much as I would like to help every author individually with their specific questions, I just don't have the capacity in my schedule to give personalized coaching or feedback.

However, I do have some resources that can help:

#1: Previous editions of the newsletter (searchable)

#2: The Author Marketing Insiders Community (exclusive to members of my Jumpstart Facebook Ads course)

Where can I login to access my courses?

You can access your courses by logging into your members area here.

Once logged in, you'll be able to start watching the courses you have purchased.

Can you run my Ads for me?

At this time, I'm currently not managing Ads for authors as I am fully focused on helping as many authors as possible through my course, Jumpstart Facebook Ads, and my free weekly newsletter, The Saturday Self-Published Author.

My books aren't selling, what should I do?

Honestly, I don't know! Without looking at a whole host of different variables and diving deep into your account and data, it's almost impossible for me to give you a concrete answer.

What do you think of my book?

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what I think! What really matters is what your readers think of it.

If you want to know how good your book is, I highly recommend using ARC's (Advanced Reader Copies) or Beta Readers. You can find these using services such as BookSprout or NetGalley.
